Our history
From marketing agency to a coworking space
Being a marketing agency we acquired this space to make it comfy and trendy. When we entered this office space of 1000 sqm the first time, we knew from the very moment it is going to be huge!
To convert those square meters into coworking space was an instinctive outcome. Although we are growing pretty fast, still 1k sqm is way too much for us only.
Therefore we decided to share it with others. We have chosen the low-cost rental strategy after reviewing the prices of an open space/small offices in Vilnius (expensive!).
Here you benefit from having a desk, ultra fast broadband, free beverages and other services (no hidden costs!) at a reasonable price. By making bold and innovative decisions we turned this precious piece of Soviet architecture into a dynamic coworking and shared office space.
Building’s history
Let’s discover some historical remains!
Our building is part of a former ELFA factory, which has been operating for the last six decades. The building has been assembled in the early 1970s as administrative premises of the factory with huge open spaces, high ceilings, and panoramic windows.
Nowadays the surrounding area is becoming more often discovered by young professionals, open- minded citizens, artists, etc. Cosy cafes, modern restaurants, a variety of shops are justly changing the face of the area.
That’s how this historical building looks like now! Here creative work and life are in a full swing. This place is suitable for everyone, who is willing to give this place a second chance.
